New director named for MU Life Sciences Center

Jack Schultz of Penn State University has been named director of the Life Sciences Center at MU. His job starts officially on Jan. 1, 2007.

Schultz has been on the faculty of Penn State's department of entomology since 1983. He was the founding director for the doctoral program in ecological and molecular plant physiology, which has since merged with plant physiology and the Penn State Center of Excellence in Chemical Ecology.
