The trick plays that Missouri has been working on for more than a month in preparation for this game finally paid off.

Tight end Chase Coffman hit wide reciever Tommy Saunders for a touchdown pass to put the Tigers ahead of Oregon State, 24-21.

Here are a few snippets from the Missouri section after the touchdown.

"We've got a shootout now!"

"That's sports. That's what you have to love about sports."

"We wanted a great game. We're getting one."

In the press box, Missouri director of media relations Chad Moller said "That's why we closed practice." The Tigers closed off practice after the first 45 minutes in El Paso to work on those types of trick plays.
