City buses switch to emergency schedule

Columbia Transit Buses will begin operating on the weather emergency schedule at 2 p.m. today. This means that departure times will be on the half hour for scheduled end-points and on the hour from the Wabash Station. City buses will operate on this schedule until further notice.

Weather Emergency Schedule Departure Times:

Departs Wabash Station: 7 a.m., 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., noon, 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m., 4 p.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m.

Departs end-points of routes: 6:30 a.m., 7:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m.,

10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m.

Route End Points Are As Follows:

ORANGE: Parker and Holly and Gentry Middle School

BLUE: Columbia Mall and Indian Hills

GREEN: Columbia Mall and Oakland Junior High School

RED: HyVee and Broadway Market Place
