Convenience store on Paris Road robbed

Two men robbed a clerk at a northeast Columbia convenience store at gunpoint early Monday morning, Columbia police said in a news release.

The clerk at Midwest Petroleum, 2712 Paris Road, called police at 3:40 a.m., according to the release.

No one was injured, police said. The robbers got away with an undisclosed amount of money, according to the release.

Police ask anyone with information about the robbery to contact CrimeStoppers at 875-8477.
