The Circle Circus converted a school bus into their personal house on wheels. The group of six friends is touring the U.S. performing various forms of art.

Six members of a traveling circus rolled into Columbia on a painted school bus to perform a series of skits. The group’s members all met while attending Oberlin College in Ohio. The six self-proclaimed “happy souls” will be performing for free at 7 p.m. Friday in Peace Park. Their colorful painted diesel bus runs on vegetable fuel they obtain on the road mostly from discarded waste at fast food restaurants. The Circle Circus, as the performers call themselves, will entertain Columbia with various forms of art, such as aerial stilts, slack line, dance, partner balancing and singing. After their Columbia performance the group will travel to Memphis and then to Michigan and Montana.
