Crowning touch for Boone County Fair queen

COLUMBIA— Sarah Carlisle is crowned winner of the 2007 Boone County Fair Queen Scholarship pageant by the 2006 queen, Karisha Trentham. Carlisle, 19, received a $1,000 scholarship. Behind her is contestant Sara Calvin.
