Columbia- This fall, Columbia Mall patrons will have another flavorful option to choose from in the Cafe Court.

Maid-Rite, a casual dining restaurant out of Iowa, will be introducing its sandwiches to Columbia this September, according to a news release. The philosophy of the restaurant is to serve good food at an affordable price without losing the "hometown hospitality" of the original Maid-Rite restaurants, the release said.

Sonja Derboven, marketing manager of Columbia Mall, expects the addition of Maid-Rite to help achieve the mall's goal of providing special experiences for its shoppers.

Maid-Rite is currently hiring for the new store.
