COLUMBIA-Columbia Public Schools will have a news conference at 8 a.m. Tuesday on Aug. 21 to begin the 2007-08 school year.
School Board President Karla DeSpain, Superintendent Phyllis Chase, and representatives from the Columbia Police Department will be at the conference at the Administrative Office Building, 1818 W. Worley St.
