Concert to aid mid-Missouri farmers

The Missouri Rural Crisis Center and Patchwork Family Farms will sponsor a benefit for mid-Missouri farmers from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Terra Bella Farms in Hatton.

The benefit will include a performance by the folk group The Ditty Bops at 7 p.m., a tour of a sustainable farm and the chance to sample local food.

Tickets are $15 and may be purchased in advance at The Root Cellar, 814 E. Broadway. A free shuttle will leave from The Blue Note, 17 N. Ninth St., at 5:30 p.m.
