Rock Bridge golfers runners-up

The Rock Bridge girls golf team finished second in the Orrick Tournament on Friday at Shirkey Golf Club in Richmond.

The Bruins scored 268, while Lee’s Summit won the 12-team event with a 263.

For the second year in a row, Rock Bridge won the scramble, with Jackie Davis and Sam Sheehan combining for an 84. Meghen Mueller was third in the individual competition with an 88, while Jane Erdel and Kayla Burri were fourth in the best ball competition with a 96.
