Infrastructure at proposed sites for new Columbia high school

Infrastructure costs are one-time buys. They include roads, sewer, natural gas and water utilities. Each of the potential sites for the next high school in Columbia Public Schools will need some of these services, such as a three-mile connection to a sewage line or an extension to a local roads.
