Costumes and decorations fill the alley between Ninth and Tenth Streets on Walnut in downtown Columbia as part of Gotcha!'s Halloween preparation. Gotcha! has began renting costumes for the approaching holiday, and now has extended store hours every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ¦ KATIE BARNES/Missourian
