The MU Wrestling team received a sixth place ranking in the annual preseason W.I.N Magazine ranking poll released Wednesday. Minnesota, the defending National champions, received the No. 1 ranking.

Seven members of MU’s 10-man lineup are ranked in the top 15 at their respective weight class. Senior captain Tyler McCormick, ranked No. 2 in the nation at 133 pounds, received the highest ranking among all Tigers.

HIGH SCHOOL TENNIS: Rock Bridge defeated Hickman 9-0 on Monday at Cosmopolitan Park. Whitley Zitsch’s 3-6, 6-4 (10-4) victory over Dina Kaissi at No. 1 singles was the only match to go beyond two sets.
