The Homecoming Top 10 were selected after one round of elimination based on paper documents and two rounds of personal interviews with MU faculty, staff and local Mizzou alumni.

Hometown: Hot Springs, Ark.

Major: Broadcast Journalism

Activities: Public Relations Officer for Mortar Board, Pi Beta Phi Sorority, Vice President of Communications for Pi Beta Phi (2006), 2006 Homecoming Steering Committee, Radio/ Television News Directors Association, MU Tiger Crew Captain (2006), MU Alumni Association, True Tiger Member

Favorite thing about MU: Tap Day, the annual spring ceremony that recognizes outstanding students, faculty, and staff. It is one of the highest honors on campus to be inducted into one of the six honorary secret societies. I was honored last year to be a part of this amazing tradition when I was tapped into Mortar Board.

Favorite Homecoming Tradition: Taking part in the Pi Beta Phi Homecoming Skit. Being involved with the talent preparation was an amazing experience to share with my Pi Phi sisters. I also love how the Mizzou drumline performs ever year during the talent competitions – they always bring the house down.
