Curators meet Tuesday to discuss presidential search

Tuesday, October 23, 2007 | 4:43 p.m. CDT

The University of Missouri Board of Curators met this morning to discuss the system’s search for a new president.

System Spokesman Scott Charton said the curators discussed the search process with Baker-Parker Inc., the consulting firm helping select a candidate.

Charton said the meeting yielded no public announcements, and it’s not clear when the curators will meet again to discuss the search.

The curators interviewed presidential candidates during meetings in St. Louis in August and September.
