The following is a compilation of cancellations and other delays. The Missourian will update this list as we learn of more closings.
The 740 EIS Stadium Extension Group 3 p.m. Tuesday meeting in the Boone County Government Center commission chambers has been postponed. New meeting time will be announced later.
The East Columbia – Environmental Impact Statement drop-in center scheduled for 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday has been postponed. A new meeting time has not been selected.
The exhibits that would have been presented at the drop-in center are available to be viewed on the East Columbia EIS Web site.
Missouri Bariatric Support Group Christmas Party, scheduled for 5 p.m. Tuesday at
Columbia Regional Hospital Health Pavilion has been canceled.
The Columbia Parks and Recreation Department has postponed its focus groups meetings scheduled for Monday and Tuesday. The meetings will likely be rescheduled in January. Contact 874-7460.
The Mid Missouri Solid Waste Management District executive board meeting that was to be held Wednesday has been canceled. The next meeting is scheduled for Jan. 9.
The Central Missouri Astronomical Association has postponed its Mars Night at Laws Observatory. Originally scheduled for this Wednesday, the event has been rescheduled for 7 p.m. on December 19. For more information call Randy at 356-8550.

Blue recycling bag deliveries scheduled for this week have been postponed one week due to weather conditions. Bag deliveries have been rescheduled for Dec. 17-21. If you have questions, please call the Solid Waste Division at 874-6291.
Calvary Baptist Columbia has canceled the women's ministry Christmas party this week. It has been scheduled for next week instead.
