COLUMBIA — Film crews from the MTV reality show “Made” will be in downtown Columbia around 4:30 p.m. Thursday to shop with a Rock Bridge teen who will be the show’s focus.

According to MTV, the teen, identified only as “Andrea,” is hoping a makeover will help her become next year’s homecoming queen. The popular MTV show chronicles participants as they try to make personal dreams come true, according to MTV’s Web site. The crew will be filming at Envy, 814 E. Broadway.

Envy store manager Lori Young said MTV contacted the store earlier in the week about filming and they have made plans to accommodate the teen. “We have fashion consultants that will assist her in her makeover,” she said.
