COLUMBIA — Columbia Public Works will begin installing new signal lights 7 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South Keene Street and St. Charles Road, according to a news release from the department.
Both streets will have temporary lane restrictions throughout the day as Meyer Electric Inc. works on the traffic lights. Work should be done in about three weeks if weather permits, the release stated.
Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise caution when passing through the work zone.
