Bruins cheer squad finishes fourth in competition

Team finishes first in the Mix routine, and also won the award for the highest overall team GPA.

The Bruin Girls, the pom squad at Rock Bridge High School, placed fourth overall in the 6A division of the Missouri State Dance Team Championships over the weekend at Blue Springs South High School.

The squad danced to routines in multiple categories to come up with the overall score. In the Mix routine, the Bruin Girls finished first in their division. They also finished second in the Pom routine and third in the Jazz competition.

Rock Bridge also won the award for the highest overall team GPA.
