COLUMBIA — Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday on Route N in Boone County.

Robyn C. Taylor, 16, of Holts Summit was traveling southbound in her 2002 Mazda when her vehicle crossed into the northbound lane. An oncoming 2001 GMC truck driven by Harold E. Harmon, 65, of Ashland swerved to avoid her, but the vehicles collided, according to a Missouri Highway Patrol report.

Taylor and a passenger in her car, Angie R. Orr, 16, of Jefferson City, were injured in the crash and transported by ambulance to University Hospital for treatment. Both were wearing seat belts, the report stated.

Taylor was listed in good condition on Thursday afternoon. Orr was treated for her injuries and released.

Harmon was also taken to University Hospital by ambulance for injuries sustained in the crash. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the report.

Harmon was not admitted, said hospital spokeswoman Katherine Richardson.
