Hickman lacrosse team loses to Lafayette

The Hickman lacrosse team lost 4-2 to Lafayette on Friday evening at Hickman High School.

The Kewpies (8-5) got both of their goals from Mason Poage, and two assists from Logan Parker.

Goalie Dan Hurst made 19 saves during the game, that was 2-0 Lafayette at the half.

Both teams are well-positioned for the playoffs and might meet in those playoffs depending on the seedings.

The Kewpies next will play Christian Brothers College High School at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hickman High School.
