MU baseball holds off Kansas

Missouri beat Kansas, 5-3, in Lawrence, Kan. on Friday night.

Junior Aaron Crow struck out 11 in seven innings, and allowed two unearned runs on six hits.

Crow improved his record to 11-0 on the season and tied the school record for wins in a season.

Freshman Jonah Schmidt hit his second home run of the seaso, and junior Ryan Lollis was 3-for-3, to lead the Tigers' offense.

The series will continue at 6 p.m. on Saturday, with the finale set for 1 p.m. on Sunday in Lawrence.
