Key Largo Fitness to close two locations, consolidate into one larger area

COLUMBIA — Key Largo Fitness and Tanning will be closing its Tenth Street and West Nifong Boulevard locations in November to consolidate into one 35,000-square-foot facility in the Forum Shopping Center, according to a news release.

The Hillside Road location will remain open. Key Largo’s new facility will be open by the end of this year, the release said.

The shopping center offers extra space that will allow the fitness center to expand its weight room, tanning area and locker rooms. In addition, the facility plans to offer new services, including a basketball court, lap pool, yoga room, steam room and hot tubs.

Free childcare, increased access to professional trainers and 24-hour access to the new location will also be available.

The monthly membership rate will remain the same.
