COLUMBIA — Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder will speak in Columbia at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to a press release. His speech will address the “future of the Missouri Republican Party” by proposing ethics measures. He will speak on the Boone County Courthouse lawn, at 705 E. Walnut, the release said. It will be one of four speeches Kinder delivers Tuesday; he will also speak in Springfield, Kansas City and St. Louis.
