Missing Osage Beach man found in Lake of the Ozarks

WARSAW -- The body of a man who went missing from a Lake of the Ozarks dock has been found.

Twenty-two-year-old Bradley Burns, of Osage Beach, was last seen around 2 a.m. Wednesday fishing with two friends. The friends left Burns alone on the dock and say they didn't see him go into the water.

The dock was on the west side of the Lake of the Ozarks. The search for Burns was hampered by currents from the opening of flood gates at Truman Reservoir.

A boater passing through the area found Burns' body about 2:50 a.m. Friday. It was floating close to where Missouri State Water Patrol officers had dragged and scanned the lake looking for Burns.
