2 men with shotgun rob southwest Columbia home

COLUMBIA - Two men, armed with a shotgun, robbed a southwest Columbia home Thursday night, according to a news release from Columbia police.

At 9:47 p.m., police received a call from a neighbor of a possible robbery that was occurring in the 1600 block of High Ridge Drive.

Police arrived at the scene and spoke with the victims, a 20-year-old man and a 19-year-old man, who said they had just been robbed in their residence by two men they didn't know, the release said.

The men entered the residence, threatened them with a shotgun, assaulted them, took property and left. The victims reported minor injuries, the release said.
