COLUMBIA — Columbia city government phone service was interrupted for several hours Thursday because rain water leaked into the city government telephone service room, a news release from the city stated.
The outage also caused the city to schedule ParaTransit services and pick-ups by e-mail. The outage was restored at about 3:30 p.m.
