Centennial offers Taste of Missouri

Sarah Copeland was asked to be the consulting chef for the opening and closing meal events at the MU School of Journalism Centennial. The Taste of Missouri Mixer, the celebration's finale Friday, featured a tasting menu of local and regional catfish, vegetables, sauces, cheeses, breads, wines, brews and candies.
