St. Louis casino reopens after flooding

ST. LOUIS — The President Casino is back open after it was temporarily closed due to flooding on the Mississippi River.

The casino, restaurant and concert venue closed Sept. 14th when the river flooded Leonor K. Sullivan Boulevard.

The President Casino is located just north of the Gateway Arch near Laclede's Landing.
