ST. LOUIS — An 18-year-old is dead after falling from a cliff at Cliff Cave Park in south St. Louis County.
The teenager's name has not been released. The incident happened Sunday afternoon.
Authorities say the young man was trying to catch up with friends when he slipped and fell about 50 to 60 feet off a cliff. He was taken to St. Anthony's Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
The death has been ruled an accident.
