PrintCOLUMBIA — Moscow Ballet will hold open auditions at 10 a.m. Saturday for its production of "Great Russian Nutcracker." Auditions will be held at Columbia Dance Academy, Suite 1031, 4250 E. Broadway.
A minimum of one year of dance experience is required, and applicants must be between 7 and 18 years old. Point shoes and comfortable dance attire are necessary for the audition.
"Great Russian Nutcracker" will be performed at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 3 at the Missouri Theatre Center for the Arts.
There are no height limitations for dancers, and the auditions will be conducted by Ruslana Apreleva, a soloist for Moscow Ballet.
