Columbia police arrest three, seize firearms during investigation

COLUMBIA — Police arrested three people Friday night and seized several items, including firearms and drug paraphernalia, from their home during an investigation conducted by the Major Crimes Unit of the Columbia Police Department.

Members of the Columbia Police SWAT Team seized pharmaceuticals, drug paraphernalia, three handguns, one rifle, one shotgun, stolen property and $750 in cash from a residence on Chris Drive just south of Columbia, according to a news release from the Columbia Police Department.

Also according to the release:

Jason M. Kroner, 30, of Columbia was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, felon in possession of a firearm and receiving stolen property.

Katherine A. Casey, 30, of Columbia was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and receiving stolen property.

Russell E. Erqhart, 37, of Columbia was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
