COLUMBIA — Two thousand chicken wings and 100 pizzas. That's what Missouri fans attending the Tiger watch party on Saturday night can plan to sink their teeth into. And it's all free.

The watch party for the Missouri Tigers game against the No. 1 Texas Longhorns will be in Jesse Auditorium.

The event, hosted by the MU Department of Student Life, Mizzou Spirit and Tiger's Lair, is set to kick off 30 minutes prior to the 7 p.m. game time.

"Jesse has the largest screen in Columbia," said Kathy Murray, MU's assistant director of student life. "It's a great place to watch an event, because it's centrally located on campus and is a building that many people know."

This is the third year that Jesse has hosted a Tiger watch party, and Student Life is expecting hundreds of fans to attend.

"We want to give fans a place to come together," Murray said. "It's an evening for us to all show our support for the Missouri football team."

The free food and beverages will be provided by Buffalo Wild Wings and Gumby's pizza.
