Voters of the 24th District have the opportunity to bring back an experienced leader who knows how to accomplish legislative tasks by working with both sides of the aisle to do the right thing for Missouri citizens.  Chris Kelly served in the Missouri House of Representatives from 1983-94, served as the chairman of the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission from 1994-2000, and served six years as associate circuit judge in the 13th Circuit Court of Missouri.

Chris Kelly has been an advocate for both the K-12 public schools of Missouri and the University of Missouri System.  Missouri is indebted to Chris for his support of Missouri's only College of Veterinary Medicine when that program was threatened with closure in the 1990s.

You can count on Chris Kelly for a knowledgeable study of issues and a willingness to engage in nonpartisan efforts.
