Impeachment proceedings need to start immediately for Dick Cheney. There is strong evidence that Cheney refused to comply with subpoenas; played a key role in setting up illegal spying programs; coordinated a campaign of retribution against whistle-blower Joe Wilson, including the outing of a covert CIA operative; directed massive no-bid contracts to his company, Halliburton, and the list goes on and on. The vice president is not above the law. We need to get to the bottom of these allegations, and an impeachment trial is the most appropriate way.
