Missouri volleyball loses in Waco

WACO, Texas — The Missouri volleyball team (13-15, 7-11 Big 12) fell to the Baylor Bears (18-11, 9-9 Big 12)   Saturday night in Waco, Texas.

The Bears came back after losing the first two sets to win, 22-25, 19-25, 25-17, 25-23, 15-12. The Tigers came back from down 20-16 in the first set to win that frame, but now have lost their second five-set match in a row.

 The Tigers will now end its season with home contests against No. 4 Texas on Wednesday and Texas A&M on Friday. With the loss, Mizzou is now mathematically eliminated from a possible at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament.
