PrintThank you for the very helpfully organized piece on "How to Prepare a Thanksgiving Dinner." I roasted our family's local, free-range turkey according to the recipe you provided, and I doubt I will ever look for another turkey recipe. It was delicious , moist and absolutely beautiful.
