ST. LOUIS — Washington University is mourning the death of a student.
Investigators think freshman Elizabeth Barry died of natural causes. She was found dead in the bed of her dorm room Monday evening.
Authorities say there were no apparent signs of foul play. The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
Barry was from the Chicago area. Her age was not released.
The university is offering counseling for students, faculty and staff who request it.
