LEBANON, Mo. — Investigators have made an arrest after using forensic DNA testing to identify a woman whose remains were discovered encased in concrete and stuffed in a toolbox.

The Highway Patrol said 57-year-old Sharon K. Sabla of Lebanon was shot to death by her husband, 54-year-old Horst Gunter Sabla, on Aug. 9. He was charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action. He is being held without bond in the Laclede County Jail.

A hunting party discovered the container on Nov. 15 in a wooded area of Laclede County in southern Missouri.
