St. Louis County Police say 14-year-old Brenden Jenkins was driving his parents' car with some friends when he struck a sewer culvert just before 3 a.m. Friday, causing it to overturn and crash in a resident's yard.

Jenkins and a 15-year-old passenger, Anthony Dunlap, were killed.

Dunlap, along with four other passengers ranging in age from 14 to 16, was ejected. No one in the vehicle was wearing a seat belt.
