Last-second shot lifts Hickman girls team

Junior point guard Shaunece Ballenger's putback from the lane with 0.9 seconds left lifted the Hickman girls basketball team to a 37-35 victory over previously undefeated Sullivan on Thursday at the Rolla tournament.
Chastity Prince led the Kewpies (4-6) with 15 points. Hickman plays in the tournament's championship game at 7 p.m. Saturday.
