COLUMBIA — The Columbia College women's basketball team got back on track Saturday at Southwell Complex.
After a loss to William Woods on Thursday, the Cougars beat Williams Baptist 84-61.
The Lady Cougars (19-3) led early, but the Eagles (8-12) pulled within 35-33 at halftime. The Cougars pulled ahead again in the second half.
Columbia College forward Rachel Oswald led all scorers with 26. Williams Baptist Jessica Shepard scored 23.
The Cougars play next at 5:30 p.m. Thursday against the Harris Stowe.
