COLUMBIA — Three Columbia residents were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine Wednesday after police found six bags of crack, digital scales and more than $4,000 in cash while serving a search warrant at Gatehouse Apartments, according to a Columbia Police Department news release.
Tiffany L. Foster, 23, and Davon A. Rucker, 21, both of 2401 W. Broadway, Apt. 712, were both arrested on suspicion of possession with the intent to distribute a controlled substance.
Daron M. Peal, 21, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and possession to distribute a controlled substance.
The Columbia Police Department SWAT team served the warrant as a result of an investigation by the Major Crimes Unit, the release stated.
Foster, Rucker and Peal were all in the apartment at the time of the search and were arrested after the drugs were found, according to the release.
