Three-car accident on Range Line Street at I-70

COLUMBIA — A red Chevy S-10 pickup truck turned onto its side late Tuesday afternoon at the cross-section of Range Line Street beneath Interstate-70.

Three police units and a firetruck responded to the scene, which also involved a 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix and a Nissan Altima.  Traffic in the southbound lane of Range Line was backed up for a quarter of a mile.

There were no apparent injuries.
