COLUMBIA — As the race for the next superintendent of Columbia Public Schools was coming to a close, K-12 reporters Amanda Branco and Joshua Nichol-Caddy offer an update on the selection process. This edition of The Beat was recorded on Feb. 16, four days before Chris Belcher was selected for the job.
