LETTER: Nobody wants forclosures

Borrowers don’t want to lose their homes or property. Banks and lenders don’t want these properties. Banks need the agreed upon interest to pay their overhead and lenders' interest. To avoid present financial problems, loans can be extended two years to qualified borrowers by agreeable lenders.

Borrowers must pay a monthly escrow for insurance, all taxes and interest, plus maintain the property. That way, all parties receive what they need and want.

The loan will be paid off two years later or borrowers can alter or extend the agreement by approval of the lender.
