ST. LOUIS — Gov. Jay Nixon will join Cardinals legend Ozzie Smith at Busch Stadium for what is billed as a "major announcement" about Missouri tourism and this year's All-Star Game.
He set a news conference for 2 p.m. Wednesday.
The new Busch Stadium will host the midsummer classic this year for the first time.
It is unclear what Nixon plans to announce.
