Editor's note: These panoramic images are composites created by placing individual smaller photographs in sequential order. The photographer stood in one spot in the middle of the room and rotated, taking a photo of each portion of the room. This perspective results in distortion and slight imperfections in the panorama when the edges of the individual photos are overlapped to join them together.

The juvenile department, located in the basement, was the last department to be completed with staff moving back in at the end of January. There is now a large waiting room that doubles as a classroom; before, minors and their families waited on the floor or sat on the staircase.

Along with the new technology courtroom, the third floor has an added jury waiting area and private conference rooms for attorneys and their clients. The center hallway leads to the new technology courtroom.
