Rod Robison would do an outstanding job of representing my fellow Sixth Ward residents and me. He possesses the leadership, character and motivation to be a successful councilman. As my dad, Rod has modeled these qualities and helped me achieve my goals in life. I know he would do the same for Columbia. Specifically, one of my dad’s goals is to support businesses wanting to grow and expand here in town. Expanding the business community is essential to our future successes.
As a teacher, I see the impact of the school district’s current financial crisis on my students. Our school district is struggling to fully fund the teachers’ salary schedules and maintain manageable class sizes. The additional taxes that new businesses would generate could help lift some of this stress off the shoulders of individual taxpayers. Voting Rod Robison will help Columbia’s future. Please vote Rod Robison, April 7.
