The Rock Bridge Bruins boys tennis team beat Jefferson City in all nine matches on Tuesday in Jefferson City to improve to 2-0 on the season.
No. 1 singles play Ford Zitsch beat No. 1 Jefferson City junior Ryan Claypool 6-2, 6-1. In the closest singles match of the day, Rock Bridge No. 3 Jimmy Hunter beat Jefferson City freshman Blake Folz 6-4, 6-4.
Aaron Skinner and Blake Buchert beat Jefferson City's Claypool and Andrew Scheperle in the No. 1 doubles match 10-8 in a tiebreak after splitting the first two sets 5-7 and 6-1.
Rock Bridge plays against Hickman at 4 p.m. Thursday at Cosmopolitan Park.
